Position Overview:
As a Manager Ad Sales for Netflix Ads in the Andean region (Col and Peru), you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by developing strategic relationships with top key accounts (KA) and the big 5 Holdcos. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, creating tailored advertising solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. This position requires a proactive and dynamic individual who can work in close collaboration with local sales teams to achieve regional sales targets. Looking for a highly resilient, creative and curious person with good judgment to ramp up our ads team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire & staff the Sales team in the Andean regions (Col and Peru) guaranteeing we build the dream team
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Andean market to maximize revenue potential from key accounts and agencies
- Revenue Attainment. Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work in close collaboration with XFN ams to align strategies and ensure a unified approach to the market. Share insights and best practices to enhance team performance.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the advertising space.
- Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of Netflix Ads.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to the Regional Head of Sales on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
- Build, develop, and lead high-performing teams from the ground up
- Maintain a focus on high performance, development, and feedback.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in advertising (incl. sales) with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth.
- Experience in managing sales teams
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Strong analytical (strategic and creative) capabilities and judgment
- Experience with Key Accounts and Mid Market Business
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the advertising or entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of the Andean market and its advertising landscape.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and internal X functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in Ads Programmatic and Adtech solutions
- Good understanding of data and tech integrations
- Fluency in English and Spanish
