Sales Development Representative (SDR)

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) located in Brazil, you will play a critical role in supporting 4flow's North America sales and marketing teams. Your role is to identify and engage potential customers in the US and Canada, generating high-quality leads and setting up meetings for our senior sales team, including Directors and VPs.

You will collaborate closely with our global marketing team, US-based Account Executives, and Sales Managers to ensure a seamless lead handoff and help drive the expansion of 4flow's consulting, supply chain software, and managed transportation solutions across North America.

What your new challenge will look like:

  • Prospect and qualify potential customers in the US and North American market using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and tools such as Outreach, Reev, Meetime, Snov.io, HubSpot, and Salesforce HVS.
  • Engage decision-makers (Director/C-level) via email, LinkedIn messaging, and cold calling to introduce 4flow's supply chain services and software solutions.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for 4flow Directors and VPs—this is your primary KPI.
  • Conduct account-based research to support targeted campaigns, understand company priorities, and map key stakeholders across supply chain, logistics, and IT functions.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation strategies and nurture prospective client relationships.
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, lead interactions, and pipeline status in CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Support sales activities across multiple industries, including automotive, consumer goods, retail, and industrial sectors.

  • Previous SDR experience is required, preferably in B2B SaaS, consulting, or supply chain/logistics industries.
  • You have advanced English skills. Both written and spoken, to confidently interact with US-based executives.
  • You're organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing lead pipelines and CRM systems.
  • You thrive on making connections and enjoy reaching out to Managers, Directors, and C-level contacts.
  • You have strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint for tracking KPIs and supporting sales initiatives.
  • You're motivated by growth and eager to contribute to 4flow's expansion in the US market from Brazil.
