Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with customer to follow up on each inquiry and quotation.
• Prepare and process shipment documents, verifying purchase orders, and all relevant documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, procurement, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery.
• Address and resolve complaints by coordinating with customer and suppliers.
• Explore improvement in existing process
• Verification of freight invoices, submission of payment
• Ensure payment and shipment instruction is submitted on time.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by immediate supervisor and/or Manager.
• Candidates with Batam trade experience will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of declaration of permit (IG, ME, OD etc) will be an advantage.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with Cargowise system will be an advantage.
• To be based in Jurong Port, Singapore.
