Global Sales Enablement Manager

Responsible for driving global adoption and optimization of our proprietary CRM system through comprehensive training, communication, and support initiatives. Designs and delivers user-centric training programs and resources to support both new and existing users. Leads efforts to identify user needs, analyze system pain points, and implement improvements through project charters. Collaborates with IT and cross-functional teams to manage enhancement rollouts, conduct UAT testing, and support the adoption of AI features. Oversees complex system integrations with key platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and operational alignment. Provides advanced reporting and analytics capabilities, including the development of Tableau dashboards to empower commercial users with actionable insights. Please note that this role requires on-site presence five days per week, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities Include:

  • Drives adoption of our proprietary CRM system through training, support and communication to users
  • Designs & delivers live or recorded training, content (tip sheets/job aids) and process improvements which support new & existing CRM users.
  • Identifies new user groups who would benefit from using the CRM & creates tailored training content that meets their needs
  • Completes UAT testing & coordinates new enhancement rollouts with IT partners
  • Conducts segment/function specific sprints and data analysis to identify pain points, process improvements and develop project charters for new enhancements
  • Identifies global enhancements that can be prioritized and implemented via project charters
  • Supports and promotes the adoption of new AI features through training & communication
  • Oversees cross-platform integrations ensuring accurate data transfer
  • Works to implement new PIM system and oversees integration and content
  • Oversees the integration of our marketing automation system, ensuring alignment between sales and MarComm
  • Provides data Analytics/reporting to users with the ability to build Tableau Dashboards
  • Completes other duties as assigned

Travel: Less than 10%

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role:

  • Minimum 4-6+ years CRM experience
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration (BBA/BSBA), Bachelor's in Marketing/Communications, Bachelor's in Learning & Development / Instructional Design / Education Technology or equivalent experience
  • Strong inter-personal, influence and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a highly matrixed environment
  • Self-starter with a pro-active approach
  • Team-player and collaborator across functions and regions
  • Strong project management skills & ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented

The following are preferred for this role:

  • Background in UX/UI web solutions
  • Background with marketing automation systems (Pardot preferred)
  • Background creating Tableau dashboards
  • Global experience working cross functionally

What We Offer:

Base Pay Range: $83,500 - $122,650. The actual salary offered is determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill sets, and geography. Local geographic pay differentials may not be reflected in the above pay range and will be discussed with you by a member of the HR team when applicable.

Additionally, this role is eligible for incentive or sales variable compensation payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company's incentive plans, the Company's financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.
