Logitech is the sweet spot for people who want their actions to have a positive global impact while having the flexibility to do it in their own way.
Logitech is looking for a driven and customer-focused inbound BDR to join our B2B Video Collaboration team. You will be the first point of contact for inbound leads — converting interest into qualified pipeline and setting the foundation for long-term customer success. This is not a script-reading role. We want someone who genuinely understands customer needs and connects them to the right solution.
You will primarily focus on team workspaces (TWS) — conference rooms, huddle spaces, and meeting environments — while also supporting personal workspaces (PWS) such as desk-based and hybrid worker setups as needed.
Experience
∙ 4–8 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in hardware, SaaS, or unified communications
∙ Demonstrated track record of managing and converting inbound pipeline
∙ Familiarity with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet) and how they influence hardware decisions — both room-based (TWS) and personal device (PWS) contexts
∙ Experience working with or alongside channel partners is a plus
We use three words to describe the people who thrive on this team:
∙ Hungry — You are self-motivated and proactive. You don't wait to be told to follow up, dig deeper, or learn more. You treat every inbound lead as an opportunity worth fighting for, and you hold yourself accountable to results.
∙ Humble — You check your ego at the door. You listen more than you talk, you take feedback seriously, and you care more about the customer's outcome than your own closing credit. You give context-rich handoffs because you want the deal to succeed — not just to move off your plate.
∙ Smart — Not just intellectually, but situationally. You read people and environments well. You ask the right questions, connect dots quickly, and adapt your approach based on what the customer actually needs — not what's easiest to pitch.
∙ Clear and concise communicator, both written and verbal
∙ Comfortable navigating multiple stakeholders in a single deal (IT, Procurement, Facilities)
∙ CRM discipline — you log, you track, you follow up without being reminded
∙ Genuinely curious about how technology solves real workplace problems
