About this opportunity: We're looking for a Director in our Business and Commercial Banking (BCB) Markets team, where you'll be part of a diverse and ambitious group of regulated sales professionals supporting over 3,000 small and medium-sized businesses. Based in Manchester, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering strategic solutions, helping Mid-Corporate clients navigate key stages of their business lifecycle.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape and grow our franchise in the North of England, working directly with clients to deliver complex multi-product risk management strategies. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive business development, facilitate transactions and embed our medium-term strategy for BCB Markets Sales.
This role is considered Certified under the Senior Manager and Certification Regime as either requiring mandatory qualifications or being deemed as a role capable of providing 'significant harm' to customers. Due to this, successful candidates will be subject to enhanced levels of vetting and required to complete a fitness and propriety attestation on commencement in role. Colleagues performing this role will be required to be complete a fitness and propriety attestation on an annual basis and will also be subject to additional routine criminal and credit checks.
