Salary Range: $85-$90,000 (Commensurate with experience)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with assigned departments to assess training needs, skill gaps, and requirements; design solutions that address compliance, safety, and development goals.
  • Leverage production/manufacturing/packaging knowledge to translate technical processes into clear product knowledge for Sales and Customer Service teams.
  • Perform training gap analyses to identify differences between current and desired performance levels, then design targeted learning solutions.
  • Design and deliver training content (in-person, microlearning, eLearning, job aids, quick reference guides) that supports:
    • Sales enablement (new hire onboarding, sales process, product knowledge, customer relationship skills).
    • Customer Service training (systems, service standards, escalation protocols).
    • Marketing/Brand training (product launches, campaigns, content guidelines).
    • Administrative functions as assigned (HR, IT, Finance, etc.).
  • Facilitate training in English and a second language (Vietnamese or Spanish) where needed.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge training materials, collaborating with Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and Production SMEs.
  • Support onboarding for sales and customer-facing roles, ensuring consistent and role-specific experiences.
  • Collaborate with Instructional Designers and Specialists to ensure alignment with the Training Standards Playbook.
  • Support the rollout of mandatory training in commercial and admin functions (compliance, HR, IT/cybersecurity).
  • Collect and analyze feedback from learners and managers to evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Ensure training is tracked and reportable in the LMS.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or content providers when supplemental training is needed.
  • Contribute to broader OD initiatives (orientation, culture/values training, leadership programs).

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in training design and facilitation, with exposure to manufacturing, packaging, or production environments strongly preferred.
  • Experience in translating technical product/production details into sales and customer-friendly training materials.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Vietnamese or English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Experience designing and delivering training for sales, product knowledge, customer service, or marketing functions.
  • Strong facilitation and instructional design skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Proficiency in eLearning and multimedia tools (Articulate, Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar).
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across functions.
  • Ability to conduct gap analyses and translate findings into targeted learning interventions.

Preferred (Not Required) Education and/or Work Experience:

  • Prior professional experience in Sales Training, Sales Enablement, or Customer Service Training.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Experience with product knowledge programs or technical-to-commercial content translation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and LMS administration.

Working Conditions:

  • Primary work performed in an office environment with standard lighting and noise levels.
  • Regular presence required on the manufacturing floor, which may involve moderate to high noise levels and exposure to moving equipment and machinery.
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, hair nets, and other gear must be worn on the production floor.
  • Flexibility in work hours may be required to support training or operations across multiple shifts.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Regularly required to stand and move around the production floor.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds (e.g., training materials, equipment, product samples).
  • Manual dexterity to handle tools, materials, or equipment as needed.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
