Sales Manager – Drive Growth, Lead with Impact!

As part of our continued growth in Hungary, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our regional sales team and drive business development in the industrial and commercial cleaning segments.

Your Mission

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of super professional sales ambassadors, developing strategic plans to expand our customer base, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. You'll play a key role in shaping our market presence and strengthening client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team
  • Define and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and key growth areas
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and service teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
  • Report on sales performance and forecasts to senior management

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B sales management, ideally in industrial or technical sectors
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus) and Microsoft Office
  • Fluent English and Hungarian
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region
  • You can be located anywhere in Hungary
