Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting or exceeding sales goals, and building long-lasting customer relationships. You will represent our company's products and services, helping customers find solutions that meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and prospecting.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
• Collaborate with team members to improve strategies and close deals.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results orientation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance metrics.
• Fluent Czech and good level of English language (B2/C1)
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
