Amazon Advertising is seeking a 'builder' who will be responsible for developing and executing a bold and innovative vision that delights our advertisers and partners by maximizing the return on their marketing investment and helping them grow their businesses. The organization covers all Amazon Ads products, including Sponsored Ads, Video and STV, Display, Device Advertising, and more. Internally, this role will partner closely across a number of teams, including Amazon Consumer, AWS, Twitch, Product, Creative, Ad Tech, and more. Externally, this individual will represent Amazon and lead joint business plan negotiations with large advertisers and partners, and be an active participant at trade events. You will have deep connections across the industry at the C-Suite and across the advertising agency landscape.

An extensive career as an executive in the advertising industry will make a successful transition as a Head of Large Client Development. You will be comfortable with ambiguity and will lead and innovate towards the future, defining the vision for the business and investment areas. Will lead the organization to be strategic advisors, providing customer insights that drive measurable business outcomes and growth with clients. You will leverage experience and high-judgment to define organizational strategy, organizational design, processes, tools, and incentives to maximize ROI and accelerate growth. This individual will invent on behalf of customers, drive execution of strategy, ensuring that the organization is consistently delivering measurable results in advertiser satisfaction, YoY revenue growth, renewal rates, and other operational quality metrics. This individual will partner closely with Amazon leadership to establish joint goals and strategies.

Key Job Responsibilities

As an Advertising Account Manager, you will help define your role working to identify controllable inputs which enable product teams to drive revenue and deliver an amazing customer experience. You will work closely with Korea-based advertisers who sell & advertise their products on Amazon global websites and have direct responsibility for achieving business goals for Amazon and the advertisers. Your day to day activities may change constantly as our business grows and you can expect to propose to create and establish programs that impact thousands of advertisers and build business cases to drive feature development with product and engineering teams. You can expect to work closely with the marketing and product teams on advertiser communication plans related to new feature launches and program changes. This is a critical role and your efforts will drive advertiser commitment, revenue growth, and product improvements.
