Position Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan.
  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
  • Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption.
  • Accelerate customer adoption and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
  • Manage contract negotiations and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Domestic and/or international travel up to 75% to perform role responsibilities may be required.

Position Requirements:

  • Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and one year of experience.
  • Must have one year of experience in the following skills: (1) working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses leaders; (2) working in complex and ambiguous situations involving multiple stakeholders; (3) experience with quota-carrying technology field sales or business development; (4) creating complex business cases to support contractual commitments; (5) problem solving for customers, including product support issues, complex billing issues, and contract issues arising from mergers and acquisitions.
  • Domestic and/or international travel up to 75% to perform role responsibilities may be required.
