AWS Global Sales Compensation (GSC) organization is seeking a Sr. Sales Compensation Specialist to support the GSC Governance and SPIF and Incentive policies. This includes partnering with GSC Operations, AWS Legal and AWS Human Resources to ensure GSC policies include all details related to sales compensation plan designs and the business and system processes used to support the designs for AWS Sales teams globally. You will provide valuable business insights into AWS polices and GSC business processes which will optimize your productivity to better serve our customers. The Sr. Sales Compensation Specialist plays a critical role in establishing operational excellence and making important business decisions for the organization.
