Sales Executive
Lead the commercial management of the assigned distribution channel, ensuring the fulfillment of the sales budget in volume and value through the effective implementation of commercial strategies. This includes strengthening sustainable and long-term relationships with distributors, their sales teams, and the end customer, promoting a culture of closeness, trust, and commitment. The role directly contributes to the consolidation and profitable growth of the Familia Institucional® and TORK® brands in B2B channels, ensuring their positioning and sustainability in the market.
What You Will Do:
- Build commercial plans for each of its assigned distributors, adjusted to the Sell In and Sell Out budget, in front of the sales fulfillment of its total area.
- Advise, accompany and follow up the distributor's sales process, to the monthly budget, to the profitability in the negotiations, to the inventories through the company's analytics tool and CRM in order to contribute to the growth in sales and brand preference in the end customer.
- Ensure the fulfillment of the monthly sales budget by category.
- Maintain full identification of current and potential clients, through the CRM implemented in the company. Prospect and accompany the decision-making process of the end customer, understanding their needs, advising them and offering the best solution to their measure, guaranteeing the implementation of the sales model, and the use of commercial tools, in order to materialize the sale, generating close and lasting relationships based on trust.
- Establish and maintain relationships with current Platino Top, Platino, and Gold clients, their decision-makers and influencers, that guarantee brand positioning and the continuity of negotiations in the long term.
- Promote and lead the follow-up spaces to the commercial plans of its assigned distributors to guarantee the continuity and/or adjustment to the established objectives.
- Design and execute the necessary training plan for one or more sales areas to a distributor in terms of knowledge, training and service to provide the best attention to the end customers.
- Feed back and monitor market and competition information to each of the areas related to the sales process, in order to generate sales strategies and detect opportunities.
- Permanently follow up on the state of the clients' portfolio to guarantee the normal development of the commercial relationship, its adjustment to the payment commitments and identify and report credit risks for the company in a timely manner. Manage the collections in the assigned distribution channel, prepare and validate credit notes and make the respective crossings in order to guarantee an adequate management of the portfolio.
- Maintain permanent personal and direct contact with each of the clients and/or commercial contacts to guarantee the greatest fluidity and assertiveness towards the commercial management. Adequately report all its management of the final customer and the distribution channel in the CRM tools provided by the company.
Who We Are Looking For:
Education: Professional in administration, marketing, market engineering or related fields.
Experience: 3 years of experience in current or recent consultative sales of intangibles and/or in companies with B2B channels, performing roles such as commercial executive, account executive, institutional accounts manager, sales executive, senior executive SMEs, specialized commercial advisor B2B. In what type of companies should it have experience: Companies selling intangibles, such as insurance, financial entities or communication networks. Companies commercializing under the B2B model such as Rubbermaid, Vista global, 3M.
Basic Knowledge: Knowledge of CRM, Office, Databases, Pivot Tables and Commercial Mathematics. The candidate must show competencies in Management of Commercial KPI Indicators. Office (Excell, Power Point) CRM
Competencies: Teamwork, mathematical logic, relationship capacity, effective communication, analytical capacity and commercial acumen, decision making, result orientation, innovation.
