Sales Specialist

Do you have experience in sales, thrive with customer contact, and have an eye for business opportunities? At Essity, we offer an exciting position as a temporary Sales Specialist, where you will have the opportunity to represent some of our strongest brands in hygiene and health.

Essity – a leading global hygiene and health company with brands like Libero, TENA, Libresse, Tork, Sorbact, and JOBST now offers an exciting and challenging opportunity for you to contribute your skills, energy, and creativity as we seek a Sales Specialist for our Health & Medical (HM) business unit.

HM includes incontinence products, wound treatment, compression therapy, orthopedics, skin care products, and digital solutions with sensor technology. The distribution channels for the products are pharmacies, bandage suppliers, hospitals, wholesalers, and health institutions as well as online.

About the role

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for customers in Central and Northern Norway, with a focus on pharmacies, bandage suppliers, care services, and health institutions. You will work closely with customers to ensure sales, training, and follow-up of brands such as TENA, JOBST, and Sorbact. The role involves a lot of travel and customer meetings - both one-to-one and as part of larger activities with the Essity team.

This is a temporary position until 2026-12-31. You will be part of a team of 5 employees and report directly to the Sales Manager. The right candidate is preferably based in Trondheim, but we can also consider other locations with the right candidate.

Work duties include:

  • Sales and follow-up of the product portfolio with defined customer groups
  • Development of customer accounts and identification of new sales and growth opportunities
  • Contribution in cross-functional teams to create holistic and value-adding solutions
  • Continuous monitoring of sales development and customer satisfaction
  • Training and product demonstrations
  • Proactive customer service and advice on finance, logistics, and clinical issues

Who are you

You have commercial skills and know how to build and maintain good customer relationships. You are structured, reliable, and thrive working independently. You are goal-oriented, like to be on the move, and are motivated by achieving good results.

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the health market
  • Good digital understanding and experience with CRM
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, both verbally and in writing
  • Driver’s license class B
  • Relevant education is an advantage
