Sales Back Office Operations Manager

Primary focus of the role will be to lead and implement sales back office operational functions that include campaign management, leads and opportunities support, order management and logistics coordination and support project realization, as well as quotation desk for LCS and customer service support.

Major Task And Responsibilities

Order Management & Logistics Coordination (20%)

  • Handle all logistics and order handling matters relating to import and export – inquiries, bookings in SAP B1 and customer clearance support.
  • Place orders to head office manufacturing sites and suppliers.
  • Monitor projects deliveries from manufacturing sites and suppliers.
  • Liaise with customers and forwarding company for shipment arrangement.
  • Prepare shipping documents and all other related documentations.
  • Responsible for processing invoice to customers and invoice checking receive from suppliers.
  • Handle revision and discussion with factory for change order.

Project Management & Realisation (10%)

  • Coordinate organization, internal & external resources, within the realization process.
  • Liaise with Life Cycle Service team, salesperson and channel partners for projects completion.
  • Support project delivery on timely manner within budget and achieve high customer satisfaction.

Life Cycle Service Operations and Quote Support (30%)

  • Service support coordination
  • Order management, Invoicing and logistics coordination
  • Offer/Quotation to customers and channel partners

Inside Sales Function (30%)

  • Work with Marcom team for HubSpot leads processing (NB & LCS)
  • Initiate NB and LCS campaigns development with Marcom support
  • Manage campaigns leads and migration from leads to opportunities conversion
  • Monitor Sales team on opportunities progression through Salesforce (SF)

Office Administration ( 10%)

  • Provide general office administration support for KR1 office

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of responsible work with order handling/invoicing/Customer service in an International environment.
  • Strong knowledge in B2B business processes, shipping and logistics management.
  • Experience in virtual/cross border interaction/support in multi-country environment
  • Working knowledge of SAP modules.
  • Strong MS Office applications skills
  • English & Korean – fluent (both speaking and writing).
