We offer you this position initially for two years, with very good prospects for long-term cooperation.

Your Tasks

1. Support key account managers with offers, tenders, and follow-ups
2. Interface to internal departments and external partners and customers
3. Maintenance of customer and project data in the ERP system (Navision)
4. Commercial processing: orders, third-party supplier orders, invoices, contract management
5. Processing of service requests and international customer correspondence
6. Ensuring and developing standardized processes

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training, e.g. as a legal clerk or industrial clerk
• At least 2 years of experience in a commercial environment
• Very good German and good English skills in speech and writing
• Strong service and customer orientation as well as a confident appearance
• Proactiveness, flexibility, and a love of communication
• Analytical thinking and a structured, independent working style
• Very good MS Office skills, ideally experience with Navision
