Kardex AutoStore is seeking a motivated self-starter to strengthen our AutoStore sales in Thailand in the role of Sales Manager. This full time position is to be based in Bangkok and shall report to the Regional Director Business Development APAC. The Sales Manager's main target is the business development and sales of new AutoStore projects in Thailand. In close cooperation with marketing, he/she builds up new customer relationships, uses the own excellent logistics network and cooperates with the company's existing sales community. He/she shall be comfortable working in a startup environment and is open for a wide range of tasks at different locations.

Job Responsibilities

• Business development in close cooperation with marketing through campaigns.
• Initiation and development of new customer relationships to decision makers.
• Sales of AutoStore solutions, lead the sales phase from acquisition until contract.
• Meeting with clients to discuss their logistics and IT needs.
• Assessment of potential and existing customer operations to identify areas of opportunity.
• Consult the customer and propose optimal solution that deliver customer benefits.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Constant customer communication, maintaining a strong client relationship.
• Market overview and identification of market potential.
• Support the development of standard solutions (e.g. g-t-robot picking) to differentiate.
• Introduce / improve templates (presentation, offer documents) and sales processes.
• Support new colleagues at other locations.

Requirements

• Education: Tertiary qualification in Business administration or technical degree in engineering or a similar field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience with sales and consulting.
• Proven portfolio of sold projects.
• Experience with sales project management.
• Detailed understanding of logistics and IT processes.
• Microsoft office suite knowledge including OneNote.
• English & Thai – fluent (both spoken and written).
• Travel in-country/within the region – Medium to High.
