We are expanding in the Czech Republic and looking for a System Sales Person to join our team – based anywhere in the country! This is not just another sales role. Your tasks

• Identifying new clients and developing business opportunities within the Czech Republic and Slovakia
• Selling automated storage systems under the Kardex brand
• Leading sales meetings and building long-term customer relationships
• Collaborating with Kardex experts on solution design
• Participating in trade fairs and conferences
• Working with established sales processes and a CRM system – but with a high degree of independence

What do we expect from you?

• Experience in B2B sales (ideally with technical products or capital goods)
• Excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to interact with a wide range of customers
• Self-motivation, responsibility, and strong organizational skills
• Active driving license (category B) and willingness to travel across the Czech Republic and Slovakia
• Fluency in both Turkish and English – daily communication takes place in both languages
