Senior Inside Sales Professional
GE Appliances' Senior Inside Sales Professional for the Contract/Builder Channel is responsible for remotely supporting Contract channel National Single-Family Accounts in the Southeast Region. This is a fast-paced role with the Sales Professional involved in all aspects of the customer experience including quality and consistency of product delivery. This is a remote-support position, and employee is not required to live in territory.
How You'll Create Possibilities
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for remotely selling to and supporting Contract National Single Family Account customers in the Southeast Region.
- Execute and deliver all sales and margin operating plan goals.
- Develop marketing strategies to grow the territory by aligning with National Single Family Account leaders and collaborating throughout the region.
- Build impactful customer relationships through execution, managing resolution process, and solution selling.
- Analyze market and strategy to align to customer goals.
- Analyze current competitor product and sales results.
- Develop and conduct sales training.
- Perform administrative functions to meet deadlines.
- Travel to territory at a minimum of a quarterly basis to meet with customers.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years relevant sales experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent field sales/industry experience.
- Desire to work from a home office in the contiguous USA. This home office location is flexible, but it is vital that work hours align to territory and customer needs.
- Ability to develop and strengthen customer relationships
- Proven negotiation skills, must be tenacious at driving sales to obtain results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills.
- Must have a strong initiative and ability to work independently. Must be self-motivated and driven to succeed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cold calling sales experience preferred.
- 2+ years business to business (B2B) wholesale contractor sales experience.
- 2+ years' experience in appliance sales.
Working Conditions & Travel Requirements:
- Working conditions consist of a work from home environment
- Flexible work hours as business and customer needs rise. Primarily expected during U.S. Eastern Time Zone hours.
