This position is based exclusively in our Austin, TX headquarters, with a 2-day/week in-office hybrid schedule to partner with Sales Leadership. What's the Job?

The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst will be a core contributor to the North American sales team's success, providing the operational insights and support necessary to scale effectively. You will partner closely with the NA Sales leadership to optimize go-to-market strategies, manage key processes, and provide the data and insights that drive revenue growth. This role is highly visible and works cross-functionally to deliver key revenue initiatives. Your responsibilities will center on driving sales success through insights, technology enablement, and operational rigor.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Sales Enablement & Support: Serve as a strategic partner to the North American sales teams, providing direct operational support and serving as a voice for the sales teams in cross-functional initiatives.
  • Reporting & Insights: Develop, maintain, and distribute key sales reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and translating data and trends into a cohesive story that drives business decisions and sales success.
  • Operational Rigor: Collaborate directly with all levels of the sales team to gather feedback, identify bottlenecks, and implement streamlined sales processes that increase efficiency and drive consistent results across NA Sales.
  • Data Integrity & Governance: Own the accuracy and cleanliness of sales data within Salesforce and connected systems, performing regular audits and maintaining data governance policies.
  • Technology Management: Support the optimization and administration of our Sales Tech stack, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the North American sales organization.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years operational capacity within a Sales/Revenue Operations role, preferably within a SaaS or subscription-based business.
  • Proven experience supporting sales teams directly and understanding their daily operational needs.
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for being data-driven and sales-focused.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a problem-solver and results-driven individual who is self-motivated and independent.
  • Strong multi-level communication skills with the ability to clearly present data, influence stakeholders, and persuade others with ideas.
  • A solid understanding of the end-to-end B2B sales process and key sales metrics.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience building in and working with data visualization tools such as Google Suite, Looker, and Tableau.
  • Experience with SQL and Big Query for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience with Gong or other conversational intelligence tools is a bonus.

Base Salary Range $80,000.00 - $120,000.00. We believe that compensation should be reflective of the impact you have within the organization relative to the market value of your role. The estimated base salary range for this position is as listed above. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Our salary ranges are determined by job role and responsibilities and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for salaries for the position nationwide. The actual base pay will vary based on various factors including job-related skills and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
