Position Overview: The Sales Manager supports the Bryan, OH office of CrossCountry Mortgage. The Sales Manager directs and manages the sales activities of the branch, ensuring that efficient customer service is provided, and quality loans are generated. This position is responsible for originating loans, recruiting, managing, coaching, and motivating a staff of outside loan officers to meet sales production goals and assure compliance with regulations and policies. The Sales Manager oversees a team of sales professionals.
This position operates within the Eastern Standard Time Zone working hours to support the East Coast region.
