Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Acquisition Sales Executive to join our Digital Acquisition team to focus on onboarding, training, and activating new clients for Bedsonline and Hotelbeds, part of the HBX Group.
Success in this role is measured by the number of new clients who begin booking and the revenue they generate. A key performance indicator is the volume of outbound calls made weekly, with a minimum target of 100 calls per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Activation & Onboarding
Proactively contact new clients via phone to encourage account setup and initial bookings.
Use Salesforce tasks and Tableau reports to identify and prioritize outreach opportunities.
Deliver compelling value propositions to drive client engagement and booking activity.
Inbound Support & Self-Service Enablement
Reactively handle enquiries from new users, guiding them to self-service solutions via our platform.
Provide clear, supportive assistance to ensure clients can navigate and utilize the booking tools effectively.
Growth & Acquisition Opportunities
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during client interactions.
Analyze client behavior and report data to uncover growth potential and take action accordingly.
Administrative Management
Manage operational tasks such as re-registrations, credential issues, and finance-related queries.
Handle user management requests including adding new users and resolving setup issues.
Training & Webinars
Conduct scheduled webinars in English for new users across various regions.
Deliver engaging training sessions that cover platform functionality and best practices.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English (minimum business level)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Experience in sales, client onboarding, or customer success is preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau is a plus
Basic to Intermediate skills with Microsoft suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams) required
