The Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Enablement Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales and is a proactive, detail-oriented marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Director of Go-to-Market, you will act as the go-to person for Medcan's sales team, supporting the identification, collection, modification and distribution of sales enablement assets including brochures, client stories and testimonials, presentation and pitch decks, one-pagers, product guides, email templates, and more, across various channels.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with sales teams to define requirements for new sales aids and collateral and manage the end-to-end delivery including writing detailed briefs for the Copywriting and Creative team, manage internal and stakeholder reviews and approvals and store all final assets systematically in a centralized content hub.
  • Edit and customize sales assets with unique CTAs, co-branding, and price changes while ensuring consistency with Medcan's brand standards and best practices, including proper image editing and use of stock imagery.
  • Leverage Medcan's content library and industry resources to identify, curate, and distribute value-add content for Account Managers to proactively share with their clients.
  • Support the Growth (Sales) team with onboarding new B2B clients by developing tailored welcome letters and relevant product collateral.
  • Develop and maintain a partner toolkit with engaging templates that can be used across multiple channels to promote Medcan's brand and service offering with their members.
  • Coordinate printing and distribution of sales collateral for B2B events, client meetings and presentations.
  • Establish and maintain a tracking process to maintain document version control, ensuring that assets are regularly reviewed and updated for both accuracy and relevance.
  • Oversee Medcan branded swag inventory for Growth team initiatives and events.
  • Lead the development of an event toolkit along with planning, set-up and on-site coordination of branded materials and collateral at networking events where Medcan's sales team is attending or exhibiting.
  • Leverage AI tools and prompts to test new ways of working with a focus on innovation and efficiency.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business (marketing and/or communications focus preferred) or other relevant areas of study.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience with a focus on marketing, advertising, communications, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, sales, sales enablement or partner management roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners, able to influence others to drive projects to completion.
  • Working knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), experience working with various file formats, and converting between formats (ie: Word to PDF or PPT to video)
  • Basic creative/multimedia troubleshooting - fixing formatting issues, broken links, etc.
  • Understanding basic design principles (layout, typography, spacing, logo usage, fonts, colours, image resizing, and image resolution for print and digital output).
  • Familiar with AODA standards is an asset.
  • Strong preference for proficiency in tools and platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management (Asana or equivalent), Salesforce.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week based on business needs between regular office hours Monday – Friday (9 AM – 5:30PM). The position is hybrid and requires min. 2 days a week in our office, located at 150 York St in Toronto.
