A new and exciting opportunity has become available for a dedicated sales professional to join our Brisbane BMW team as an Assistant Sales Manager - New Car.
About you:
We are looking for an individual who has strong customer service skills with a proven track record in automotive sales. You will be highly organized, a proactive thinker, have experience in managing a sales team and act as a motivating force to drive business outcomes.
The successful candidate will be computer literate and possess excellent operational knowledge of DMS & CRM systems. Prior experience supervising and leading a team of Sales Consultants will be viewed upon favourably.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
- Previous management experience will be highly regarded
- Previous automotive sales experience (experience with luxury automotive brands will be looked upon favourably)
- Strong customer service skills
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets
- A strong work ethic
- A current driver's licence
- Excellent communication skills
