Your Next Challenge

Within our Small Market Acquisition team, you will have the objective of developing your portfolio with prospects of 51 to 100 employees.

Your Main Missions

Attached to the Commercial SME Acquisition Manager, your main missions will be as follows:

  • Handle the appointments communicated by the SDR and prospect new clients by phone and through digital tools, developing a conquest strategy with action plans.
  • Accompany, advise and present the adapted solutions (mainly the restaurant voucher and cross selling the gift) to each of your clients in respect of the defined commercial policy.
  • Ensure the entire sales cycle: prospecting, advising, setting up the offer, negotiating, and setting up the offer(s).

Your contacts will be:

  • Externally: Your SME prospects and clients, mainly: company director, HR manager, accounting/payroll manager.
  • Internally: All company services and more particularly: Commercial, Customer Service, CFO, Operations, Marketing, Legal.

Your Profile

  • You ideally have knowledge of the restaurant voucher regulations.
  • You master the sales cycle in its entirety: Mastery of teleprospecting and telesales techniques, applied to the small market.
  • You have good proficiency with commercial tools: Salesforce and Excel mainly.
  • You are endowed with strong autonomy and are solution-oriented.
  • You have an affinity for digital tools.
  • You have good relational skills to work with different stakeholders and transversally (Sales team, Commercial Direction, Marketing, etc).
