You promote products and services that improve the well-being of employees: you are the first ambassador of Pluxee France!
Integrated into the Sales Academy, you will benefit from a real training journey during which you will learn new sales techniques.

- Tailored training to succeed (role-plays, call replays, product and competition workshops, coaching…)

Your Missions Will Be The Following:
- Identify and contact key stakeholders who may be interested in Pluxee products or services by phone and email
- Qualify the needs of prospects: you exchange with them to make an assessment and identify opportunities
- Plan strategic appointments and transmit relevant and qualified leads to Account Executives to advance the sales cycle
- Update and report via the CRM Salesforce

You're A Match
- You ideally have first commercial experience (preferably B2B) in a web, tech, or start-up environment
- You are comfortable on the phone and have excellent listening skills
- You are enthusiastic, sociable, and smiling (and it's heard on the phone!)
- You are resilient (~80 calls/day)
- You are a competitor who wants to exceed objectives
- You want to learn and grow
