Within our Small Market Acquisition team, your objective will be to identify and contact our prospects with 51 to 100 employees.

Ideally, you have a first commercial experience (preferably in B2B) in a web, tech, start-up, or service environment
You are comfortable on the phone and have excellent listening skills
You are enthusiastic, sociable, and smiling (and it's heard on the phone!)
You are resilient (~50 calls/day)
You are a competitor who wants to exceed objectives
You want to learn and evolve
You have good proficiency with commercial tools: Salesforce and Excel mainly
You have a strong autonomy and are solution-oriented
You have good relationship skills to work with different stakeholders and across departments (Sales team, Commercial Direction, Marketing, etc.)
