Your Next Challenge

Within our Small Market Acquisition team, your objective will be to identify and contact our prospects with 51 to 100 employees.

Your Main Missions

Reporting to the SME Acquisition Commercial Manager, your main missions will be:

  • Prospect new clients by phone, through our digital tools, developing a conquest strategy with action plans
  • Participate in achieving the company's strategic objectives concerning the SME segment
  • Update and ensure reporting via the Salesforce CRM
  • Schedule strategic appointments and forward relevant and qualified leads to Account Executives to advance the sales cycle

Your main contacts will be:

  • Externally: Your SME prospects and clients, mainly: company director, HR manager, finance/payroll manager
  • Internally: All company services, especially Sales and Marketing

Your Profile

  • Ideally, you have a first commercial experience (preferably in B2B) in a web, tech, start-up, or service environment

  • You are comfortable on the phone and have excellent listening skills

  • You are enthusiastic, sociable, and smiling (and it's heard on the phone!)

  • You are resilient (~50 calls/day)

  • You are a competitor who wants to exceed objectives

  • You want to learn and evolve

  • You have good proficiency with commercial tools: Salesforce and Excel mainly

  • You have a strong autonomy and are solution-oriented

  • You have good relationship skills to work with different stakeholders and across departments (Sales team, Commercial Direction, Marketing, etc.)
