What you'll be doing:

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Conduct discovery meetings and product demos, identifying customer pain points and aligning Cobee's value proposition.
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure a smooth transition to the Customer Success team.
  • Develop deep product and industry knowledge.
  • Provide feedback to the Product team based on prospect and customer conversations.
  • Contribute to sales process optimization by offering feedback to the Sales Enablement team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
  • Identify high-potential opportunities for sales forecasting.

You're a match:

  • Master's preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and goal-oriented.
  • Passion for new technologies.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC or Challenger Sales.
  • Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce and Salesloft.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Work Experience Requirements: 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a quota-carrying Account Executive role.

Languages: Native Spanish speaker with strong English proficiency.
