Join our team as a Tele-Sales Account Manager and gain hands-on experience working with real clients, building relationships, and driving business growth. What You'll Do:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing business partners
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through outbound calls and introduce them to our solutions
  • Understand clients' needs and recommend tailored products and services
  • Identify opportunities to grow partnerships and increase sales
  • Conduct around 30+ outbound calls daily to connect with new prospects
  • Negotiate offers and support partners within the Pluxee Bulgaria network
  • Maintain professional communication with partners via phone and email
  • Use CRM tools to track conversations, follow up with clients, and manage opportunities
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding sales and retention targets

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, organized, and self-motivated attitude
  • Interest in sales, business, and client relationship management
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Commercial mindset and motivation to achieve results
  • Good written and spoken Bulgarian
  • Good command of English
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, especially Excel)
  • Ability to stay resilient and positive in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in sales is a plus, but not required — we value motivation and potential.
