Sales Advisor - Assistant Pharmacist

As an assistant pharmaco-technical, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the products or services of Medi-Market. You work under the responsibility and instructions of the pharmacist. You work in close collaboration with potential patients to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions. You will play a key role in achieving the company's sales, advice, and expertise objectives and contribute to patient satisfaction.

Main Tasks:

• Welcome and advice: Welcome customers in a professional manner, establish a trusting relationship, and understand their needs in terms of products or services.
• Receive and record medical prescriptions and dispense medications.
• Presentation of products/services: Provide detailed information on the features and benefits of products or services, highlighting their added value for the customer. Ensure the attractive presentation of the selling price.
• Record and identify materials used in the pharmacy and make magistral preparations.
• Achievement of sales objectives: Work towards achieving and exceeding the sales objectives set by the company.
• Customer follow-up: Ensure after-sales support by resolving issues, answering questions, and guaranteeing patient satisfaction as much as possible.
• Knowledge of products/services: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services and stay informed about market developments.

Profile:

• The profession of pharmaceutico-technical assistant is regulated in the Royal Decree of February 5, 1997. This decree fixes the minimum qualification conditions that must be met to be able to practice the profession of pharmaceutico-technical assistant. The R.D. mentions the theoretical and practical parts that must be given during the training. Must be in possession of a Visa issued by the SPF Public Health.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar function
• French - Dutch or English is a plus
