General Information:

The person in this position will be responsible for sales in the distribution channel (sell-in) and supporting distribution partners, with the possibility of occasional contact with end-users.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work in the following voivodeships: Łódźki, Świętokrzyski, Lubelski, Małopolski, Podkarpacki.
  • Manage your portfolio of clients in accordance with the company’s business strategy and established goals and tasks.
  • Present the range of tools, accessories, and storage solutions to both new and existing customers to build long-term trading relationships.
  • Present effective solutions for customers and provide technical support for the innovative range of Milwaukee products and services.
  • Ensure continuous promotion of all company products and services through regular contacts with current and potential customers.
  • Plan activities in CRM to further develop existing customers and acquire new ones.
  • Daily, detailed update of CRM.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the market, products, and their applications.
  • Gather market information, including competitor activities.
  • Participate in fairs, shows, exhibitions, and corporate events.
  • Perform any other additional duties as required by your supervisor.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • At least one year of experience in B2B sales, supported by successful results, with a focus on distributors and commercial sales.
  • Experience in the construction industry or knowledge of this industry, preferably in the field of hand tools, accessories, and storage systems.
  • Proactive attitude, technical skills, willingness to learn, and apply knowledge in practice.
  • Desire to develop a career in an innovative company.
  • Ability to negotiate and highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Very good work organization, systematic approach, and ability to set and prioritize tasks.
  • Independence, proactivity, and a focus on new business opportunities.
  • English language at a communicative level.
  • Driver's license category B.
