You analyze the activities of competitors and provide market feedback. You identify the opportunities for business growth within the current and new distribution channels and within end-users and generate ideas together with marketing. Herein you focus on the developments, strategy, activities, planning, budgeting, and marketing. Together with other Account Managers and Product Specialists you make a division of roles and provide training and supply test products to dealers and end-users with the aim to support your account optimally in its sales and assortment growth. You invest a lot of time and energy in your customers, ask critical questions, think actively with them and understand what they need and advise them on solutions that we offer. In addition, you actively engage with the following tasks:
You have proven commercial experience and specialist product knowledge in tools. Commercial dealing and entrepreneurship are in your blood; a proactive, independent doer who works performance-oriented, plans accurately in time and can organize your own work well. You have courage, see opportunities and are creative and solution-oriented, work independently and function collegially in a commercial team.
You know your market and are able to tap into your existing and also new relationships. You communicate sincerely, openly and clearly and have a natural enthusiasm with perseverance and self-confidence. You have extensive experience with forecast, contract, and margin management and good knowledge of Microsoft Office software. You have excellent knowledge of Dutch and English and you are resident in the region and have a valid driver's license.
