Technical Sales Specialist

Do you have technical flair, interest in rainwater solutions, and a desire for a role at the intersection of technology, customers, and order flow? BLÜCHER is looking for a Technical Sales Specialist who will be a key player in delivering technically strong solutions and professional customer support.

As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will combine technical expertise with order processing and customer interaction in our Customer Center. You will work with technical solutions in roof and rainwater drainage and act as a link between customers, sales, and product management.

Technical & Support

• Provide technical support to customers, subsidiaries, and internal colleagues
• Prepare/validate technical calculations and solutions in rainwater (gravity, siphonic, attenuation/blue roof depending on experience)
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and AutoCAD drawings
• Be a technical sparring partner for complex layouts and LINEAR systems
• Participate as a technical resource in customer and engineer meetings

Order & Customer Management

• Handle orders and ensure correct price and delivery basis
• Prepare and follow up on offers
• Ensure quick and professional handling of technical and commercial inquiries

Knowledge Sharing

• Build and maintain knowledge about BLÜCHER's rainwater solutions
• Share technical knowledge with customers, sales, and colleagues
• Contribute to training internally and possibly externally

Your Profile

We envision that you:

• Have a technical education – e.g., technical designer, production technologist, or a VVS technical background
• Have an interest in or experience with technical systems in construction, installation, or drainage
• Can learn complex technical subjects and communicate them clearly
• Thrive in a combination of technical support and administrative order processing

Additionally, we would like you to:

• Have experience with AutoCAD (Revit/BIM is an advantage)
• Work structured, responsible, and service-oriented
• Communicate professionally in Danish and English
• Have experience with MS Office and preferably ERP/CRM systems
