Solution Sales Lead

Telia Cygate helps companies build a secure, intelligent, and responsible digital future. Now we are looking for a solution sales leader who wants to be at the forefront of helping Finnish organizations leverage the full potential of the Microsoft ecosystem to support, secure, and impact their business.

In this role, you will be part of the Telia Cygate solution sales team, where cybersecurity, cloud, and data solutions, networks, and digital architecture come together. Your playground will be the entire Microsoft ecosystem, with a primary focus on M365 solutions and Security.

Your goal is to help clients build Microsoft-based solutions that drive business growth together with Cygate and Microsoft experts.

In your daily work, you will:

• Lead discussions on clients' digitalization and modern workplace development
• Build comprehensive solutions that integrate Microsoft technologies, Cygate services, and client business goals
• Work closely with expert teams (M365, Cyber, Cloud, Network) and partners
• Identify new opportunities and drive them to completion with client value at the forefront
• Act as a client advisor and strategic partner

These skills and qualities we are looking for:

You have experience in B2B solution sales, especially in Microsoft environments. You can translate technology into business benefits and lead discussions on client goals. You have experience working in the Microsoft ecosystem and licensing.

You combine enthusiasm, team spirit, and a desire to build something new. You communicate fluently in Finnish and English. It is also an advantage if you have specialized knowledge in the subject area.

You can work remotely or in our offices in a hybrid model (e.g., Helsinki, Jyväskylä, or Tampere). The most important thing is your attitude, expertise, and desire to build something new.
