In this role, you'll learn from the best, build client relationships, and help small business owners find the right financial solutions to grow their companies. What You'll Do:

• Respond to a high volume of warm leads and connect with qualified prospects.
• Help small business owners understand their needs and how our solutions can help.
• Educate clients on our products and services using a consultative approach.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional follow-up.
• Manage client information and sales pipelines using our CRM system.

Who You Are:

• A recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Passionate about learning and eager to develop a career in sales.
• A great communicator who is comfortable talking with people over the phone.
• Someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a desire to meet and exceed goals.
• Adaptable, open to coaching, and excited to be part of a team.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation: Start at $20/hour PLUS uncapped commission during training, then switch to a forgivable draw with higher uncapped commission potential after training.
• Commission: Uncapped commission structure with a clear and transparent plan, providing significant upside potential for top performers.
• Expected On-Target Earnings (OTE): The average OTE for this role is between $60,000 and $80,000 in your first year.
• Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance options are available starting the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment. 401(k) plan with a company match and a clear vesting schedule, available after 6 months of employment.
