We're seeking a Sales Presentation & Script Manager to own our sales scripts and presentation decks end-to-end. This role is about creating the words and visuals that win—refining how seasoned sales professionals uncover prospect pain points, position our services as the solution, and drive the close.

You'll be responsible for building persuasive scripts, sharpening rebuttals, and optimizing virtual presentations that give our reps the edge. This isn't onboarding or training—it's about shaping the conversations happening today and ensuring our sales team has the most effective, results-focused messaging in hand every time they talk to a prospect.

This is an in-office role in our brand new Largo, FL office!

You're Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will:

• Maintain ownership of the sales presentation deck(s), tailoring versions for different buyer types and sales scenarios.
• Own and manage our sales scripts, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with sales psychology.
• Review recorded sales calls to identify messaging gaps and refine both scripts and presentations.
• Write and revise rebuttals for common objections, integrating them into scripts and supporting materials.
• Apply principles of persuasion, buyer psychology, and consultative selling to improve overall effectiveness.
• Conduct A/B testing of script and presentation changes to determine what drives the best results.
• Make iterative adjustments to decks directly, while providing design requirements to marketing for larger updates.
• Provide coaching on delivery and communication for experienced reps, focusing on professionalism and influence.

We're Excited About You Because You Have:

• Experience in sales, sales messaging, presales, or presentation development.
• Strong understanding of sales psychology, buyer behavior, and objection handling.
• Proven ability to create and refine sales scripts, presentations, and persuasive messaging.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence collaborating cross-functionally and navigating differing stakeholder perspectives.
• An analytical mindset with experience testing and measuring the impact of messaging or presentation changes.
• Proficiency in presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides, as well as Google Workspace.

We'll Especially Notice If You:

• Have experience driving results in a SaaS or B2B sales environment.
• Know and apply sales methodologies like SPIN, Challenger, or Sandler to structure winning conversations.
• Can work fluently in Salesforce and PowerBI to measure impact and tie messaging to revenue.
• Bring experience with presentation engagement analytics or other tools that track performance.
• Are energized by high-stakes sales environments where your work directly influences close rates.

Compensation

• $95,000 – $115,000 annually
