We are looking for a Pre-Sales Specialist to act as the link between product and sales, helping design solutions that meet market needs while providing technical support throughout the sales process. This role combines commercial insight with technical expertise, supporting product development with market feedback and assisting sales with RFPs, customer calls, and tailored proposals.

We are open to hiring for this role in Warsaw, Poland, and Lisbon, Portugal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support sales teams in responding to RFPs and customer technical queries.
  • Work with product managers to capture market insights and identify features that should be prioritized in product development.
  • Assist in preparing tailored quotations, solution designs, and project plans based on customer requirements.
  • Join customer calls and meetings as a technical specialist, presenting solutions clearly and confidently.
  • Contribute to proof-of-concepts and pilot projects, ensuring smooth technical delivery and alignment with customer expectations.
  • Maintain an understanding of industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies to guide both product and sales strategies.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, presentations, and demo material to support sales activities.
