We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive the expansion of our Remote SIM Provisioning (RSP) and Entitlement Server (ES) solutions within the telecom business unit. This role will own the full sales strategy and execution, building relationships with operators, scaling revenues, and leading a high-potential team to achieve exceptional growth as eSIM-only devices transform the market.

We are open to hiring for this role in Amsterdam, Lisbon, Madrid, Warsaw, and Berlin.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver aggressive revenue targets for the RSP and ES product lines.
  • Drive new business by leveraging deep operator relationships and market knowledge.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, including qualification, solution positioning, RFP responses, and commercial negotiations.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, setting goals and coaching for success.
  • Partner closely with product, technical, and legal/finance teams to deliver compelling proposals and secure internal approvals.
  • Represent 1GLOBAL at key industry events, positioning the company as a leading provider of eSIM software solutions.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and regular reporting to senior leadership.
