✨ About The Role

- Responsible for leading and overseeing the success, growth, and predictability of Enterprise Sales teams within the EMEA region - Manage day-to-day operations, coach and develop team members, execute comprehensive sales strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive substantial revenue growth within the enterprise segment - Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with 1Password’s overall business objectives - Collaborate cross-functionally to build out a robust pipeline generation program, including events, marketing, sales development, and upsell motions - Drive sales processes to ensure effective qualification of deals, moving the pipeline efficiently through the funnel, and closing deals

⚡ Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in an enterprise sales role or related field, with a proven track record in enterprise sales across EMEA, including at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in a Cyber Security or SaaS environment - Experience leading a distributed team across multiple regions in EMEA - Strong understanding of the security space, including the needs and concerns of key stakeholders such as CISOs, Enterprise Architects, SOC teams, and IT departments - Proficiency in using sales tools such as Salesforce.com, Looker, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other relevant platforms - Demonstrated experience in managing day-to-day operations, creating and implementing processes, and driving team efficiency
