✨ About The Role

- Responsible for leading and overseeing the success, growth, and predictability of Enterprise Sales teams within the EMEA region - Manage day-to-day operations, coach and develop team members, execute comprehensive sales strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive revenue growth within the enterprise segment - Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with the company's overall business objectives - Collaborate to build a robust pipeline generation program, implement a pipeline inspection methodology, and drive sales processes for effective deal qualification and closing - Expand and develop Enterprise Sales teams in the EMEA region, including hiring, onboarding, career development, and performance management of direct reports

⚡ Requirements

- Experienced enterprise sales professional with a minimum of 7 years in enterprise sales or related field, including 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in Cyber Security or SaaS environment - Strong communicator with the ability to engage confidently with executives and key stakeholders - Proficient in negotiating deals with high annual contract value and implementing sales methodologies to adapt to dynamic environments - Skilled in managing day-to-day operations, creating processes, and driving team efficiency - Familiar with the security space and the needs of key stakeholders such as CISOs, Enterprise Architects, SOC teams, and IT departments
