✨ About The Role
- Responsible for owning and driving growth within the MSP channel by guiding partners through best practices
- Develop strong professional relationships with key MSPs and partners across the ecosystem
- Create and provide enablement materials, direction, and support to ensure GTM success of MSP partners
- Lead channel management activities for Managed Service Providers (MSP) and drive a strategic sales plan to achieve targets
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align channel and partner programs with strategies in Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Experience

- Experienced in managing MSP channel partners and developing business in a SaaS or cybersecurity environment
- Skilled in building partner programs and providing enablement materials to ensure GTM success
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, influence, and drive results at all levels
- Capable of aligning channel and partner initiatives with cross-functional teams to meet business needs
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas in a partner management role
