Sales Coordinator - Solar Inverter

Job Description:

1. Receive sales information from the sales team (quotations, purchase orders, customer details)
2. Create and process sales documents (Sales Orders, POs, Invoices) in the system
3. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
4. Verify the accuracy of sales documents and delivery records
5. Coordinate with the Service Engineer team for customer installation and after-sales service support
6. Prepare sales reports and order status updates to support the sales team and management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Sales Support or Sales Coordinator roles in Solar or EV business.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and a strong team player.
• Knowledge of solar products or electrical equipment is a plus.
