Sales Executive – Interior Design & Renovation

Responsibilities

  1. Present and sell interior design, renovation, and home extension projects to clients (B2C and B2B).
  2. Provide clear and accurate information on installation services, highlighting key differences between installation methods.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure precise communication of project details according to client requirements.
  4. Liaise with clients to gather requirements, clarify project objectives, and support them throughout the project until completion.
  5. Achieve sales targets by effectively closing deals.
  6. Verify and manage customer-related documents, including payment confirmation and supporting records.
  7. Prepare weekly sales reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software.
  • Proven experience in sales related to interior design, renovation, or building systems.
  • Strong knowledge of renovation works, interior design, and basic systems (plumbing, HVAC, electrical).
  • Service-oriented with strong communication and listening skills.
  • Professional appearance, energetic, punctual, and a strong team player.
