✨ About The Role
- Responsible for driving revenue in Germany, focusing on the mid-market segment and contributing to the German growth strategy and sales effort
- Leading opportunities from demo to closing, responding to requests for proposals, and developing sales strategies to close deals
- Building a network with HR decision-makers, growing pipeline, and exceeding quarterly targets
- Becoming a subject-matter expert on the 360Learning platform, improving the sales playbook, and participating in internal projects
- Remote work possible anywhere in Germany, France, or the UK, with a flexible work schedule and a diverse, inclusive work environment
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced Account Executive with at least 3 years in a B2B SaaS company, proficient in driving revenue and closing deals in the mid-market segment
- Strong ability to establish relationships with key decision-makers, excellent active listening skills, and a team player attitude
- Native German speaker with fluent English proficiency, ideally with basic knowledge of HR culture
- Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to the German growth strategy and sales effort
- Comfortable with performing complex software/platform demos and meeting or exceeding quarterly targets
