Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and communication.
• Manage weekly sales flow (10–20 clients).
• Call clients before estimates to build rapport and set expectations.
• Conduct in-home visits to collect data for estimates.
• Prepare estimates using Paint Estimating Program (PEP).
• Follow up to close sales and build long-term client relationships.
• Serve as primary client contact.
• Attend weekly review meetings and report to management.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and be insurable
• Must have reliable personal transportation for conducting on-site estimates.
• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of sales-related work experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to be on time and maintain a schedule
• Basic computer and software skills are needed
• Please note that painting experience is not required.
