The impact you have in this role

As an Account Sales Representative (M/F/X) Vlaanderen you will have the opportunity to put your curiosity to good use and work with some of the most innovative and diverse people in the world. Here is how you will make an impact:

• Representing the 3M brand and acting as the main link between our distributors, body shops, and industrial spray shops.
• Acquiring new leads and converting them into long-term customer relationships, while maintaining existing relationships.
• Increasing the market share of our Automotive Aftermarket products with end users in your region.
• Giving presentations, training, and product demonstrations, both independently and in collaboration with an Application Engineer.
• Working closely with colleagues and the representatives of our distribution partners.

Your skills and expertise

To prepare you for success from day one in this role, 3M is looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor diploma, preferably in a commercial or technical direction
• Experience in B2B sales with a proven ability to plan and achieve goals
• Fluent in Dutch and a good command of English
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting business relationships
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly for business
• Proficiency in MS Excel

Additional qualifications that can help you be even more successful in this role include:

• Good knowledge of French
• Experience in the automotive sector, especially in body shops or industrial spray shops
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to document your work
