Executive Sales Account for Global Industrial Channel in Poland and Czechia

The Impact You'll Make in this Role As an Executive Sales Account for Global Industrial Channel in Poland and Czechia you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Grow 3M business with key distribution partners in the Czech Republic and Poland through effective account and relationship management.
  • Lead channel partners in the Czech Republic and Poland by setting clear sales goals, driving consistent execution, and strengthening overall partner capabilities.
  • Identify and develop targeted marketing and promotional activities to support growth objectives.
  • Leverage analytic and category management skills to identify, influence, and manage new sales and conversion opportunities within the channel.
  • Implement and optimize channel strategies and programs by tracking key KPIs, applying data-driven adjustments, conducting Joint Business Planning, guiding MDF utilization, and advancing cross-sell and retention initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-divisional Sales and Marketing teams to ensure strategic and tactical alignment, enhance execution, and support new product introductions and profitable growth.
  • Communicate business priorities, performance updates, market trends, and risk insights effectively while maintaining compliance, quality standards, and strong relationships with existing accounts.

Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in leading channel partners, including conducting business reviews, driving Joint Business Planning, guiding MDF utilization, reducing churn, expanding cross-sell opportunities, supporting divisional incentive programs, and developing effective account plans.
  • Strong negotiation and sales capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to cultivate strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong working knowledge of analytics tools and CRM systems; experience with Salesforce is considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in Czech and Polish.
  • Fluency in English will be an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
  • Deep knowledge and a strong understanding of channel markets in the region.
