Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated, results-focused Sales Executive for the Eastern and Northern parts of Norway to join our Personal Safety Division team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored 3M safety solutions. The product groups you will work with are mainly respiratory protection products, welding protection, head, eye, face and fall protection products, as well as hearing protection solutions.
Here, you will make an impact by:
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Partnering with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicating the value proposition of 3M Personal Safety products through proposals and presentations.
- Providing end-user training, product demonstrations, and technical support.
- Participating in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Your skills and expertise:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the personal safety or industrial sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and offer exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- A self-starter with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Job specifics:
Sales territory: Eastern and Northern part of Norway, ideal candidate location Oslo/Akershus or equivalent.
Work location: Remote
Travel: May include up to 80% travel in territory.
