To profitably increase MedSurg Sales with channel through opportunity management and defined process implementation for assigned region.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute Operating Plan to meet or exceed established sales objectives for driving primary sales
  • Channel management
  • Conduct JBP's with channel partners every month for mutual business growth
  • Channel partner agreements to be in place for all channel partners
  • Meet AR metrics in terms of % current & also align to the credit policy
  • POS implementation: Timely and accurate transmission of data; Maintain quality of POS data. Primary sales to be in line with secondary sales
  • Securitization: BG to be collected as per company policy- BG expiry to be reviewed every month; ACH mandate for the channels
  • Channel engagement: Implement CIP programs- Privilege club, Reseller Loyalty etc
  • Maintain stock of 45-60 days with channel to ensure adequate service levels to customers
  • DSRs to be hired at channel to drive growth. Coach, train, motivate, monitor, and evaluate Distributor Sales Representative to improve overall performance.
  • Develop Sub distributors & grow the sub distributor database to increase 3M coverage
  • Market intelligence: Maintain awareness of market trends, competitive strategies
  • Timely submission of chargeback claims/any other claims with respect to damages
  • Channel partner rationalization in line with division objectives
  • Forecasting to be provided every month with high level of accuracy
  • OBSIP: POS data validation for the secondary sales of KA/EM team for OBSIP file
  • Drive Littmann sales to increase market share along with the channel partner
