Drive GIC Sales Growth: Achieve an annual sales target through development and execution of strategic sales plans aligned with the Home division priorities and providing accurate and detailed sales projections.
Support the sales team in building and maintaining strong customer relationships and learn and understand 3M products/services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Channel Management: Cultivate and expand crucial customer relationships within 3M channel partners and 2nd channel networks by forming strategic alliances and improving sell-in/sell-out success with top-tier accounts.
Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with Home division resources, Marketing, FSRs, AEs to implement a business model that enhances commercial results.
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or Engineering & other related. (MBA preferred)
+2 years of Industrial Sales or Marketing experience
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Excellent relationship-building skills and experience in channel management.
Customer-Centric Approach: Excellent at cultivating relationships with key offline, e-commerce, and major accounts, with a demonstrated ability to strengthen organizations by addressing customer needs.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Adept at utilizing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, others), forecasting tools, and data analytics to guide strategy.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide detailed sales projections.
Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively with Business & Functional team.
